What do you like best about GR8 People?

The biggest value of Gr8 People is that it serves as a centralized hub for our recruiting operations. It provides our teams with a shared system to manage requisitions, candidates, and overall recruiting activity. This is especially important in an RPO environment, where consistency and visibility matter, and where we need the flexibility to support different client needs. What do you dislike about GR8 People?

The reporting module feels complex and is hard to learn, especially when it comes to figuring out where the fields are located. It would be helpful to be able to see the report data while you’re building it, so you can confirm you’ve selected the fields you want. Right now, you have to save and run the report to view the data, and then return to edit mode to make changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

GR8 People helps us manage the complexity of running recruiting programs across different clients and teams by providing a centralized system of record for all recruiting activity. As a result, we’re able to maintain more consistent processes, gain clearer visibility into requisitions and candidates, and rely on a shared technology foundation that our recruiting teams can work from day to day.
