What do you like best about GPTconnect?

What's really nice is how easy it is to connect ChatGPT to platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook. This allows you to have an intelligent chatbot that responds directly where people are. What do you dislike about GPTconnect?

The problem is that it remains an intermediary. You have to manage the cost of the tool and the cost of the OpenAI API separately, which can become complicated to track. And if the AI makes a mistake, the options for correcting or training the bot could be simpler. It lacks flexibility when you have very specific needs without having to code something from scratch. What problems is GPTconnect solving and how is that benefiting you?

GPT Connect solved the problem of responding instantly to customer messages, even at night, on social media. It allows us to filter simple questions and make a good first impression.
