I like being able to keep track of where the deliveries are and being able to notify customers ahead of time on how long until they receive their delivery. It's really easy to set up GPS Insight, which helps me solve finding far locations and providing time frames to customers. A good improvement for GPS Insight would be being able to search different areas or towns instead of having to zoom in and out to find a location. This change would make it easier to determine which deliveries should be prioritized based on distance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
