What do you like best about Govenda?

Govenda has made Board meetings easier and more productive! The interface is easy, intuitive, and provides the one place to go for all things related to our board.

I think the levels of permissions are great and help make sure that only those who need admin level access have what they need to make meetings run smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Govenda?

What problems is Govenda solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem being solved is making sure all members have what they need before the board meeting. Our old way of doing things had us emailing confidential materials to all members. Many couldn't open because of firewalls on their work side. Now literally everything we need to conduct critical board business is at the touch of our fingers by login into Govenda. The new voting feature has been great and allows us to be limber and respond to critical motions in minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
