What do you like best about GotSoccer?

The tournament management tools in GotSoccer allow you to run every aspect of a tournament. From the registration to ref schedules and even displaying the results. Very comprehensive tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GotSoccer?

If you have any issues in GotSoccer support is quite tricky. They no longer have phone support, so getting an answer quickly becomes trickier. Also, when you email support, they sometimes just refer you to a help article that you could have found on your own. The merchant side of registration also goes through a third party processor which is frustrating. It requires you to deal with two companies instead of one. Credit card reports must be retrieved from the third party company which makes things harder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering GotSoccer:

I'd suggest users encourage tournament participants to pay by check. The credit card processing side of GotSoccer is complex and getting reports from the third-party processor is quite tricky. It involves another company that you need to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
