The polling functionality is good and I can get the reports easily after the session. With so many meetings and webinars scheduled straight after each other, it's nice to be able to check in fast and easily. The screen sharing and sound quality in the webinars I've attended have always been excellent. When compared to some other apps, I haven't had any issues with video or sound cutting off or lagging. Unlike some other services we use that seem to work exclusively within the same organization or are considerably more difficult for users from other organizations to join, GoToWebinar is simple for everyone to utilize. **What do you dislike about GoTo Webinar?** A better solution is needed for panelists and speakers to decide how their presentations progress while still allowing the administrator to click and look at other things like polls and audio streams. The ability to "whiteboard," share several displays, and so forth, are all things that GoTo does not have, and I do believe that other connectivity systems have these features as well. I like that the Host can grant permissions to some participants and assign roles to each during the webinar. To record the ongoing session there should prompt from the platform end as other platform does have this feature. 3. Installation and setup are very easy along with limitless access. Especially the "Raise hand" option is great to ask questions during ongoing sessions seamlessly. The availability of the GoToWebinar mobile application with the same set of features won my heart. No matter on which platform I am attending the session everywhere just in one click all feature is accessible that is why a non-technical user can also use it without any hiccup. Most of the software supports analytics, so does GoToWebinar also supports it. But GoToWebinar has additional access like filtering analytics, viewing different reports, reports generation based on selected analytics and exporting data. ### 15. Hitting the 'Start Broadcast' button starts the webinar immediately, it would be nice if there was an 'Are you Sure' prompt or something similar in case that gets hit by accident. Allowing presenters to test their audio and webcam with the software on their own would be amazing. We have to schedule test sessions with the speakers prior to be sure there aren't any issues with the software on their computers. **Recommendations to others considering GoTo Webinar:** GoTo had a whole suite of products, take a look at all of them before deciding.
