I like how easy it is to set up call routing and auto-attendants without needing IT support. The auto-attendant gets callers to the right person or department, and routing lets us set business hours and overflow rules so calls don’t go unanswered. The mobile app lets us answer or transfer calls just like on a desk phone when we’re away from the office. I also like having calling, meetings, and messaging in one place, and the cloud-based setup means we don’t have to maintain physical hardware. Setup was fairly easy, and the guided wizard made setting up auto-attendants and call flows simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few advanced routing rules took some trial and error to get right. I occasionally notice call quality dips on weaker internet connections. Mobile notifications for missed calls could also be more reliable. When an alert is delayed or doesn’t come through, we may not realize a customer called until later, which slows our callback time and can make us look unresponsive. Some team members double-check the call log manually, adding a small extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
