This cuts down endless back-and-forth delays on mockup feedback. I also value the meeting room lock and participant approval features. I can vet every attendee before they join calls where we share confidential brand assets, which makes staying compliant with PIPEDA much simpler. Being able to drop Figma drafts and brand visuals straight into live calls lets our team mark up designs in real time, keeping all feedback connected to the relevant creative work instead of scattered across emails. The biggest workflow bottleneck is the complete lack of native integrations with core agency tools like Figma and our client CRM. After every feedback call, I have to manually copy all comments, screenshots and action items over to our design files and client tracking system, adding lots of repetitive admin work. Meeting recordings are extremely bare-bones; there’s no way to attach timestamps to specific mockup feedback, so going back to reference client input for cross-provincial projects becomes time-consuming. Team archive and folder navigation feels unintuitive and clunky to sort by project. Support wait times grow noticeably longer during our peak campaign seasons, and there’s no customized permission setup built to match PIPEDA’s strict data retention standards for proprietary client brand material.
