What do you like best about GoReminders?

Once our clients and reminders are set-up on the portal, the automation simplifies the reminder process whether it be quarterly, semi-annually or a yearly reminder that is set-up. The initial training and customer service was excellent as we were learning how to set things up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoReminders?

It would be if you had training templates that we could use as refreshers and for training new office staff on how to use. When you don't use the system often, we have a tendency to forget how to set-up some of the fields throughout the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoReminders solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoReminders is an excellent tool for both our clients and office staff to ensure the next service date is not forgotten or missed. Our office used to send client reminders out manually and many times they would be missed or forgotten which of course is lost opportunities for repeat services.
