Don't waste your time using this thing. It takes hours to deliver, says it has the items and then come to find out it doesn't. The UI experience is terrible, along with the customer service. **What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's not and I refuse to use it anymore and I had several friends who got poached from Uber to work here and they all left after telling me what a hot mess the company was internally. ### 4. The service charge is reasonably priced compared to their competitors. **What do you dislike about goPuff?** It's frustrating when an item that you ordered is out of stock, and goPuff doesn't have a feature that recommends an alternative option when that is the case, like Amazon/Whole Foods delivery does. **What problems is goPuff solving and how is that benefiting you?** goPuff offers to get your everyday items for you. It's very convenient, especially when you need something asap but you do not have a mode of transportation to get it. ### 5. Super convenient and easy to use! You can also purchase small quantity items like a single bag of chips, etc. Customer problem that it solves is primarily if you forgot to buy something or ran out of something you need. ### 7.
