What do you like best about Goose?

We love how easy it is for our customers to use. While it took some time for everyone to get used to it, as any change does, the benefits for all parties have soared far beyond our expectations. We also love the customer support and the people behind Goose. If we have questions, they have answers very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Goose?

Goose is a newer software so of course there are some things we are looking forward to seeing in the future. Goose has been great about listening to our needs and wants and giving us honest feedback about timelines and expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Goose solving and how is that benefiting you?

Goose has solved a lot of problems for us. We used Gingr for over a decade, and we were constantly struggling to get ahold of customer service for questions and concerns. Goose has NEVER “left us on read” or gotten back to us weeks later - we almost always get a response instantly or within an hour.

Another big issue Goose helped us with was increasing revenue when we were already at capacity. We’ve been with Goose for less than a year, and our revenue consistently shows a 20%+ increase, simply because their software lays out our packages and add-ons better than Gingr ever could.
