What do you like best about Google Enterprise Search?

What I like most is the search experience it gives us on our Toastmasters website. The results are quick and usually relevant, so users can find website content without going through multiple pages. From the development side, I also like that we could integrate it into our existing site without changing the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Enterprise Search?

The initial setup took some time, especially understanding the indexing and configuration for our website content. We also had to test the results and make a few adjustments to get the search behavior we wanted. Once the setup was understood, the day-to-day experience was much easier. What problems is Google Enterprise Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

It mainly helps us make the content on our Toastmasters website easier to find. Instead of users checking different pages manually, they can search for what they need and get results quickly. It also saves us from having to build and maintain all of the search functionality ourselves, while still allowing us to keep the search within our existing website.
