What do you like best about Google Cloud Storage Transfer Service?

What do you dislike about Google Cloud Storage Transfer Service?
I use Google Sheets most often and it's a little counterintuitive when you're used to MS Excel. Also, when I try to copy / cut / paste I have a lot of trouble with that from my home computer. It doesn't allow me to do the keyboard shortcuts and I can't right click to paste, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
