What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?

What I like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow is its visual flow builder, intents, entities, and easy API/webhook integrations. The drag-and-drop interface helps me design conversation flows faster and makes debugging easier. Its natural language understanding handles different user queries well, and integration with Google Cloud services improves the overall workflow. The testing tools are also useful for quickly checking changes before deployment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?

One thing I dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow is that the UI can feel overly complicated when you’re setting up advanced conversation flows, especially if you’re new to the platform. Debugging more complex flows can also be time-consuming and takes extra effort to track down what’s going wrong. Pricing is another challenge: as usage grows, it can be hard to estimate costs accurately, which makes budgeting more difficult. Integrations are powerful, but some setups still require additional technical work to get everything configured properly. Overall, better onboarding, clearer pricing estimates, and simpler debugging tools would make the experience much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
