What I like best about Google Cloud Agent Assist is how it helps customer service teams respond faster and more consistently. It can provide real-time suggestions, surface relevant information, summarize conversations, and reduce the amount of manual work agents need to do. This improves efficiency, shortens response times, and helps deliver a better customer experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike most about Google Cloud Agent Assist is that the autocomplete feature can sometimes generate excessive code or suggestions that are unrelated to what I am currently working on. Instead of speeding up the process, I may have to review, remove, or correct the unnecessary content, which can be time-consuming. More accurate, context-aware suggestions and better control over the amount of generated code would make the experience more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
