Google Classroom is helpful to both teachers and students. It opens a new door of digital learning after COVID-19 pandemic. It is mostly used by those school that offers online and offline learning or better known as blended learning.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

The downside of Google Classroom is that it requires the use internet. But unlike in other places where internet or wifi signal is not available, especially those last-mile schools or communities, digital learning is impossible, use of Google Classroom is not possible. Some learners would not be able to attend online lessons or submit outputs, assignments, projects, and the like in their teacher's Google Classroom during online sessions.

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

As a government funded organization, it was important to keep costs of our training programs low. Google Classroom was a great option to have a place to house our course documents, assignments and keep participants up to date in one place.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

The look feel of Google Classroom was not overly trendy or new which can be seen as both a good or bad thing. When you are selling training, it is important to bring a sense of value and Google Classroom did not necessarily showcase above and beyond value. It got the job done without the bells and whistles.

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Its usage environment is simple, easy to use, the learning curve takes little time, it is free and integrates well with the Google ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It would improve in customization options and advanced tools for evaluation and tracking, as well as not allowing much modification of the interface or adding advanced functionalities. It does not have detailed tools to provide a better evaluation of the students.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, it does not allow modifying the interface or adding advanced features. Limited reports and analytics: It does not offer detailed tools to evaluate student performance. Improved assessment management: It does not have advanced options like adaptive quizzes or plagiarism detection tools. This is a highly secure database by Google for the users with excellent customer support. It is one of the most versatile and the most popular LMS platform.

This year marks the 10th Anniversary for Google Classroom and I have been using it each day for the last seven years!

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Though Google Classroom is a comprehensive classroom solution and is continuously evolving, it can further benefit from advanced grading tools, deeper analytics, enhanced communication features, and more robust integration with third-party apps to better meet the diverse needs of educators and students.

The Practice sets on Google classroom could also be refined and made more teacher friendly with possibilities for adaptions for students.

It would be great if Google classroom could have some sort of 'differtiation tool' and users could further benefits from features like single submission from group members and visibity of the group members on the platform itself, currently one needs to get in the assignment's editing setting to be able to see the set groups.

Availing a better and detailed version of the google classroom for parents could be further beneficial as currently Google classroom is more focused on only teachers and parents.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubhang G. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 01, 2024

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I have used classroom for over four years now and I don't think there is any other software or application out there that gives the users a feel of real classroom, what I mean by this is that it connects teachers and students really seamlessly and makes the process of sharing notes and ppts between the two parties very efficient and simple. It also allows the teachers to schedule real time classes as it is also integrated with Google meet to provide that feature. Not only during the covid period but even now classroom continues to impress it's users with new features.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

According to me classroom is one of best softwares by Google till date but a major drawback is the requirement of a stable internet connection to access classroom as it connected to users Gmail account. The feature of uploading and submitting work also consumes a good amount of data (internet). I think apart from this Google has done a fantastic job in creating classroom.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Classroom helped a lot especially during the covid period when it made real time learning possible without ever having a need for offline classroom. It integrated the processes of sharing notes scheduling meeting with teachers and informing each student about it into one single application, thus saving a lot of time of its users and eliminating the need for having multiple softwares to do so.
