## Google Classroom Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive and Organization-Boosting Tool, Needs Enhanced Control Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa C. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2023

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I like using Google Classroom because it eliminates the need for paper and organizes assignments effectively. This helps me keep track of who has submitted their work and who hasn't. I also appreciate that students don't lose paper copies since everything is available on their computers. It supports students who need accommodations like speech-to-text or text-to-speech, making it inclusive for everyone. The setup was super easy and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

I wish Google Classroom had a better way of making sure students were only on the assigned assignments while working in Google Classroom. I have to use a separate program called Hapara to make sure students aren't surfing the web when they should be working on their assignment. Google Classroom could give the teacher tools where they could 'lock' computers to only go to sites or assignments that were assigned at the time. Students would be prevented from searching the web or going to other sites. I also wish Google had more tools like Hapara where you could freeze a screen or instantly send a student or class a message.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom eliminates paper, organizes assignments, and allows digital completion, benefiting students with speech-to-text needs and helping me track submissions and grade with Google Forms.

  ### 2. Google Classroom Keeps Coursework Organized with Seamless Drive and Docs Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sukirti K. | student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

The thing I like the best about Google Classroom is how it keeps all my coursework organised in one place. As a student, I use it to access lecture notes, submit assignments, receive instructor feedback, and track deadlines across multiple courses. I also appreciate its integration with Google Docs, Drive, and Forms, which makes submitting, completing, and managing assignments much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

I’ve noticed a few limitations. The grading and analytics features are fairly basic, so it’s difficult to track my academic progress over time. Also, when I’m managing multiple courses, finding older assignments or announcements can take longer because the search and filtering options are limited. More detailed progress insights and better organization tools would improve the experience.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom helps me solve the problem of keeping coursework, assignments, and study materials all organised in one place. I use it to manage deadlines, submit assignments, review instructor feedback, and access classwork without switching between multiple platforms. This has made it easier for me to stay organised and focus on learning instead of managing coursework.

  ### 3. A User-Friendly and Efficient Learning Management System

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VINISHA A. | Assistant Lecturer, Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

Students can easily create and receive assignments. It provides a centralized system for organizing assignments and course materials, with smooth interaction with other Google Workspace tools, including drive.google.com and docs.google.com. Communication between teachers and students is straightforward, and the feedback and grading features are effective.

It supports both in-person and remote learning and is accessible from any device. It also helps with planning deadlines and class activities efficiently, while reducing paperwork and administrative effort to save time. The interface is easy to use and requires little training, and it facilitates group learning through conversations and shared materials.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

There are only a few options for organizing and customizing course arrangements. The analytics and reporting tools feel fairly basic compared with some learning management systems. Managing very large classes can also become difficult at times.

The discussion features are less sophisticated than those on specialized collaboration platforms, and offline capability is limited for certain tasks. Over time, it can be hard to keep older assignments and resources organized. There’s also room to improve integration with some third-party educational resources. Finally, when I’m tracking multiple classes, the volume of notifications can become overwhelming.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing assignments, course materials, student contributions, and classroom interactions in one location is made easier with Google Classroom. It makes it easier for me to assign assignments effectively, monitor students' progress, give prompt comments, and keep well-organized records in my role as assistant professor. This promotes a more successful teaching and learning process, increases student involvement, and saves administrative time.

  ### 4. Keeps Learning Materials Organized and Accessible

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nirmal P. | Subject Matter Expert, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I use Google Classroom to access mathematics textbooks and course materials that are used when creating and reviewing MathGPT question templates. Having all the books, PDFs, and learning resources organized in one place makes it much easier to find the material I need without searching through emails or multiple folders. One feature I use regularly is the integration with Google Drive. Course resources stay organized by class or topic, which helps me quickly refer to textbook examples and chapters while working on educational content. Before using Google Classroom, finding and managing learning materials across different locations took more time. Now everything is centralized and easy to access. Another benefit is being able to access the same resources from different devices whenever needed. Overall, Google Classroom helps me spend less time looking for materials and more time focusing on content creation and review work.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One limitation I have noticed is that finding older materials can sometimes take extra time when there are many files, assignments, and resources stored across different classes. Better search and filtering options would make it easier to locate specific textbooks, chapters, or documents quickly. I also think the organization of large amounts of content could be improved. Since I use Google Classroom to access mathematics textbooks and learning materials for MathGPT template work, it would be helpful to have more flexible ways to categorize and manage resources. These issues are not major problems, and Google Classroom still works well for my needs, but improvements in content organization and navigation would make the experience even better.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Google Classroom, course materials and textbooks were often stored across different folders and locations, which made it harder to find the right resources when I needed them. Since many of the mathematics textbooks used for creating and reviewing MathGPT question templates are stored in Google Classroom, having everything organized in one place saves time and makes resources easier to access. The integration with Google Drive also helps keep PDFs, textbooks, and supporting materials centralized and available whenever needed. Instead of spending time searching for files, I can quickly access the relevant chapters and examples and focus on content creation and review work. As a result, Google Classroom helps me stay organized, reduces the time spent managing learning materials, and makes my workflow more efficient.

  ### 5. User-Friendly with Classroom Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Atmika J. | Teacher/Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I find Google Classroom very user-friendly and easy to use. I especially like that it offers a variety of features that make it simple and convenient for my teaching needs. I can easily switch between classes, and I can also post the same type of announcements across the different classes I’m teaching without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

So, like, when I'm making any announcement and I may have put an attachment, I cannot do multiple attachments and send it. It is just one attachment at a time, which gives me a little bit of an inconvenience while doing it.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Google Classroom to bring all my students together in one place. It streamlines my teaching by making it easy to switch between tasks, and it’s very convenient and user-friendly. Switching from one classroom to another is also simple.

  ### 6. A More Efficient Classroom with Google Classroom

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie R. | Resource Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

What I like best about Google Classroom is that it's simple and easy to use. It works smoothly with other Google apps like Docs, and it runs reliably during daily classroom use. This helps me organize assignments and support different learning needs. I particularly like the extra features for streamlining grading and communication. I don't know about the pricing as it's used across our school campuses, but it's easy for both teachers and students to learn, and has helpful support and onboarding resources. Google Classroom helps me be a more effective and efficient teacher.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One challenge I’ve experienced with Google Classroom is that “shared” documents are not always sent to students through email notifications. This can create confusion because the system’s communication features are not always consistent. As a result, some students miss assignments or do not realize materials have been posted, which affects their ability to stay on track. While the platform integrates well with Google Docs, clearer guidance about notifications would help reduce these issues. Improving notification reliability would make Google Classroom more effective for both teachers and students.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Google Classroom, we struggled with students losing directions or missing due dates, and a lot of time spent re-explaining or re-sharing materials. After implementation, we can post all assignments and resources in one central place that students can access anytime. I also spend less time (about 20–30 minutes per class period) reissuing directions or answering repeated questions, and feedback is now quicker and more consistent through digital submission and commenting tools. Overall, this has improved student accountability and allowed more instructional time for support and differentiation.

  ### 7. Easy, Organized Way to Run and Share Online Training in Google Classroom

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rehan A. | Artificial Intelligence Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

As a salesforce developer and trainer I use Google classroom to manage and delivedr online salesforce training session for my students What i like most is how easy it to share study material assignment, meeting links , and announcement in one place/. The interface is simple for both trainer and students which makes managing classes and communication much more organized and convenient

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

One thing i dislike about google classroom is that some advance customization and reporting feature is limited as compared to dedicated learning management system. Managing large number of assignment can also feel repeatitive at times

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This helps me manage online salesforce training session more efficiently by keeping assignment, notes, class updates and student communication organized in one platform. This benefit me by saving time and improving co ordination with my students and making the learning process smoother and more structured

  ### 8. Google Classroom: Pros, Cons, Student View

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pratyush K. | Student, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

It is easy to use with a beautiful UI. My college professors have been using it for years to share study materials and assignments and it is very helpful to them also. For the pricing part it is mostly free to use. The help and support feature is also very active and solves my queries in a very short time. The overall performance is quite fast and smooth whether it be project submission or notifications for deadlines. The integration with other tools is also quite good and provides a smooth transition.
Use of AI has also improved the efficieny in the past few years

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It offers limited customization options.
Once joined the classroom i cant find the classroom code to share that is only available to the teacher. It is mostly tied up with google so non google users might face difficulty. It lacks features line live quizzes, progress tracking. Live interaction is weak due to not build in chat option.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Classroom solves issues like scattered assignments, poor communication, lost homework, and grading overload by centralizing materials, enabling quick announcements/comments, tracking submissions in real-time, and streamlining feedback via Google tools.
It fills the gap between teachers and students.

Before using Google Classroom teachers struggled with sharing notes and pyq with each student but now he can share it in one place for all students.

  ### 9. Secure and Accessible Learning Platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soumya C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I love that in Google Classroom I don't need to scroll a lot to search for my notes. I can just open it and study anywhere, even when traveling or at events. Having my notes and work saved for a long time helps me so much. The ability to set a password for my notes provides extra privacy and security, allowing me to confidently share notes and assignments knowing that access is strictly controlled. The initial setup was incredibly easy and straightforward, as our institution already utilized Google Workspace, making creating a new class just a few clicks away. Inviting students was also frictionless, requiring virtually no technical training or learning curve. The platform has been reliable and secure for managing my coursework.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

Slow internet makes loading lecture files and submitting assignments highly frustrating. I suggest adding an offline sync option where students can download materials in advance and work on their assignments offline. The app should then automatically upload and submit the work the moment the device reconnects to Wi-Fi.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can save my notes and work securely, access them easily without scrolling much, and study anywhere, even on the go.

  ### 10. Connects Students and Teachers Seamlessly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diwakar k. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Google Classroom?**

I really like Google Classroom's feature of connecting directly with teachers. It's convenient to receive notices or assignments without having to rely on groups like WhatsApp. I appreciate how teachers can give us assignments, presentations, and report writing tasks through it. I also find the feature of submitting work and receiving notifications about due dates very useful. The initial setup was very easy since we just had to log in through the college mail ID and join the classroom by the links given by teachers.

**What do you dislike about Google Classroom?**

It should add a feature that lets us connect with our classroom friends as well.

**What problems is Google Classroom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our teachers can create a digital classroom for our class where we can submit our assignments from home without having to visit the college. They can also grade us based on what we submit.
