Plus I integrate it with Gemini AI to write the code and (both being Google architecture) it's very accurate in achieving code design and functionality objectives. I don't believe it has AI natively. Triggers for script functions are easy to setup and the code comparison side-by-side for different build deployment versions is very handy. I find it has minimal glitches and nothing I haven't been able to resolve with a refresh. The best part is that this high quality tool is free. **What do you dislike about Google Apps Script for G Suite?** When you use it without going through the OAuth process it has a persistent banner "created by another user" (Google’s security requirement) **What problems is Google Apps Script for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has changed the workplace entirely! I have been able to simplify confusing processes like a stock arrival checklist into a custom Web App running off Google Sheets with a HTML front end and Google Script backend (JS). I don't have extensive coding knowledge so couple this tool with Gemini AI and I am able to write anything from a dashboard to automatic monthly Google Reviews summary email. ### 2. I can create custom scripts to process information as needed. I can improve the performance of any script by having it checked with Gemini. The user interface is quite simple to use. **What do you dislike about Google Apps Script for G Suite?** The logging part, if you need to review logs for an execution, the web tool is not enough. You have to plug it to Firebase or log into a sheet, which is not optimal. **What problems is Google Apps Script for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** A lot of problems. By creating webapps, I can receive information sent by N8N, and create and organize sheets automatically. Sending alerts to Slack. Use it as an API to receive information when needed. I can create scripts using Google APIs to calculate distances, check addresses, and on and on. ### 3. There are many built-in features that make it extremely powerful such as the ability to use Google Spreadsheets as your database or connect to any outside databases or APIs using the URLFetch commands. You can not only use this to feed data into a spreadsheet but can also build full featured web applications on top of it. It is an awesome development platform and you get a seemingly infinite amount of resources to use. Overall I've had a great experience. **What do you dislike about Google Apps Script for G Suite?** The only thing I dislike is that sometimes the Google Developers are not super responsive when it comes to fixing bugs or certain problems and are more likely to just ask you to use/find a workaround. However, this is a Free service, so I dont expect the same enterprise level of support. **What problems is Google Apps Script for G Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Google Apps Script in combination with Google Sheets for our request tracking in our marketing department as well as for many tools for our Ecommerce teams that help speed up builds significantly. We combine this with our Akeneo PIM API to be able to import live data into our requests. We also use Data Studio to be able to analyze the data and create valuable metrics for each team. ### 9.
