What do you like best about Google Analytics?

Through the data collected by Google Analytics we are able to align our website optimization strategy based on how our users interact with our website. One of the most important thing that we get from Google Analytics is the monitoring of our website activities. We are able to see what's working and what's not and it gives us idea on what aspects we can improve on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

The old dashboard reports are now hidden in "explore". And after the recent update (GA 4), the new interface is a little harder to navigate. Customer support has not been helpful lately, especially about the concerns we have about the latest version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

GA gives the basic website analytics we need to identify how we perform for our users. It allows us to optimize our content and webiste design better. So far, it has been really helpful for our business because we are not just making assumptions when planning our next strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
