What do you like best about Google Analytics?

I like the flow of the application and the ability to customize the user experience. Nice search report capability is a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

Nothing at this point to complain about in a big way. Google is gathering a lot of browser content so, that could be a problem in the future depending on what they want to do with the analytic data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Google Analytics:

If you require real-time analytic content and/or near real-time information this is a great solution. Most important is representation of visual data via graphics is an excellent feature. The look and feel is very much like a customization capable dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to see who is viewing our web site and what panel are the most interesting. Being that Global IT Program Management Service is our solution offering. Having a global representation is very important to where we can and want to market our services Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
