What do you like best about Google Analytics?

What I appreciate most is the shift towards flexible event-based tracking combined with the power of free BigQuery export and dealing with the rigid dashboard, being able to write SQL and connect user behavior questions so much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google Analytics?

Well, it has a steep learning curve and constant UI changes. Transitioning to GA4 felt like relearning the tool from scratch, and it's frustrating when standard reports move around or feel less intuitive than the older version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Google Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Analytics solves the problem of figuring out what users are actually doing on our app or web app where they are getting stuck. For someone early in their career like me, it helps bridge the gap between frontend buttons and real user behavior. Instead of just guessing why traffic dropped or why a specific page isn't converting, we can track exact user journeys and make data-backed fixes to improve the product.
