I like the fact how I can search various marketing modules within Google analytics w/o bookmarking or saving favorites in browser. Once inside the GA suite, there are so many user friendly reports users can utilize to understand their audience and behaviors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When using custom dimensions, there doesn't seem to be a way to label them internally in system so when a user is including them in reports, a documentation needs to be maintained to ensure proper usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
