One drawback of Google Analytics 360 is its steep learning curve, particularly when you start using advanced features and building custom reports. For new users, the interface can feel complicated, and setting up accurate tracking often requires a fair amount of technical expertise. It provides extremely simple data collection, advanced reporting, and strong integrations across the Google ecosystem. The ability to handle high traffic volumes without sampling is a huge advantage for our team. I especially value the deeper integrations with BigQuery, Google Ads, and other Google Marketing Platform tools, which make it easier to connect analytics data to activation and advanced analysis.

The platform has a learning curve, as our team transitioned from standard GA or GA4. Setting up events, custom dimensions, and advanced reporting often requires technical expertise or dedicated analytics resources.

It solves the challenge of analyzing large scale, high traffic digital experiences with accuracy and reliability. Funnels. I feel like it's not able to measure funnels very well. I would also like to have a more flexible interface for setting up dashboards with metrics from various categories. And last but not least, I dislike that some values in customized reports do not match the ones on official dashboards.

**What do you like best about Google Analytics 360?**

Multiple things to start with, Google Analytics deep insights available for my website, and user behaviour. Their advanced event-based tracking in GA4 is very effective. On top of it, their seamless integration with Google Ads and Google Search console, and Tag Manager is a value addon.

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics 360?**

GA4 has a very steep learning curve compared to the similar Universal Analytics tool. The interface was a bit difficult to understand at the beginning. And their data retention tool needs very precise integration.

**What problems is Google Analytics 360 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Google Analytics helps me identify the traffic source for my website, and help me to understand the user behaviour. Highly benefiting me in analysing the ROI from paid and organic channels.

GA combined all touch points within google ecosystem and gives a holistic view of consumers journey. Helps marketers life easy by giving insights around different touch points and attribution models helps with right attribution model to measure the success of adspends and their contribution in driving leads

**What do you dislike about Google Analytics 360?**

Wish it can give a full view on all channels and not just those which are adserved. Bringing social, video, display in whole would make it easy. its still a challenge to get one view of the campaign

What I like best about Google Analytics 360 is the seamless integration with BigQuery, which allows for incredibly powerful and customized analysis of raw, unsampled data.

While the software is quite powerful, I find the interface challenging to use and not particularly intuitive.
