I love that it's better than your traditional all-team gift. I personally love that you can basically get a gift card amount within your budget, and the receiver gets to pick the items they want and can use - rather than it being something else to collect dust. The extra fees/Taxes/ or setup charges to take out from your main budget, because then teams could use more of it on an item - But I totally get you have to fund the process to make this happen. That is really my only complaint every time I check out. Like for example, we could do $75 per person, but then the fees and stuff come out and we only have a $350 overall budget, then I have to take it down some to cover it entirely and usually it's like a $68 remainder and then I have to justify that leaving it at $68 is an odd number so we bump it down to $65 and you might not have as many options to choose from in the catalog now - or we have a leftover balance that's random change and cannot be used on something. I do like that you can refund it though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
