What do you like best about Goflow?

It has truly streamlined our workflow in unexpected ways. What I like most about it is its user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to connect various applications without a steep learning curve. Additionally, the robust security features give us peace of mind when handling sensitive information. What do you dislike about Goflow?

At present, our primary usage of this tool is for Target. However, we believe it would greatly enhance our operations if we had the option to communicate directly with customers through Goflow. Unfortunately, Target does not provide this capability, which limits our ability to engage effectively with our customers. Implementing this feature would add significant value to our process. What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?
