I primarily use GoFileRoom for client document management and secure file sharing. I love that everything is stored in a centralized cloud-based system with logical client folders. The streamlined collaboration feature is a big plus, allowing us to easily share files with clients through a secure portal instead of unencrypted email. Most clients upload and download directly to an encrypted password-protected portal, which helps a lot with sending sensitive tax return, financial statement, or legal documents securely.
