What do you like best about GoCardless?

I no longer have to chase invoices from clients who should be paying on the same date each month anyway. It's very easy to create plans and send a professional sign-up form to clients, so the onboarding process is straightforward. I can also pause plans and setup manual payments for different amounts, which has proven very handy, particularly since the start of the pandemic when businesses have needed that versatility. What do you dislike about GoCardless?

The fees have crept up over the years, but it still justifies the cost because it simplifies running my business and it's incredibly easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest issue in my business was chasing late payments. I simply couldn't afford the investment of time it required and clients didn't like being hassled. Now I don't have to talk to clients about money at all. They agree the fee and the agreement is active once the payment mandate is complete.
