GoalSpan has changed the way we manage goals. It's easy to use, and our team adapted quickly, but sometimes I feel like it could do more in terms of customization. The AI insights are cool—they help spot potential issues early on, which is a big plus. We’ve definitely seen a boost in productivity, but I do wish the reporting was a bit more flexible.
