What problems is Go1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Go1 is giving employees the opportunity to grow and develop their skills, both professionally and personally, which will benefit the business now and into the future. It is helping address a skills gap and, importantly, before Go1 there were no self-directed learning opportunities available in the organisation. In my role as the Go1 implementation manager, it is also supporting one of my KPIs: building a culture of continuous learning across the organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
