Easy to navigate. Other transcription apps usually are slightly harder to use. I found this one easy to use. I like how I can keep track of audio files that I upload. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure if it is the software or just the computer I use or the network, but, it seems to always load really slow. Most times it take an hour or so just to load one audio file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
