What do you like best about Gnosis Freight?

I love the fact that Gnosis is very customizable based on the customer's needs. From sales, engineering, to accounting, I can feel the professionalism of Gnosis. The follow-ups from Gnosis is very strong and it is a great virtue you can dream of when you look for a great business partner. Even if Gnosis may not have the product right away to fulfill my needs, their engineers will find a way around to offer solutions and they are not pushy to force customers to subscribe this and that so it gives a really good impression from our team on Gnosis' serviceability and great proudcts! What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?

The only down side maybe sometimes it is taking a bit more time to load all the shipments we have from the portal. Though, it is understandable as we have asked Gnosis to customize different things for our products which may slow down the system in loading data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?

For instance, we have developed a new field called "actual delivery date". However, from the original product, the tracking events only have "Out of Delivery" and "Empty Returned" so it does not tell customers the exact moment that the container is delivered to the destination warehouse. Gnosis is helping me to develop a mechanism that once the actual delivery date is filled in, the status will automatically update as "Delivered". When the container is empty returned, then the empty return date will override the status and update it as "Empty Return". Using this example, I find it very easy to communicate with Gnosis to implement changes and they are not afraid of admitting some issues as that's how Gnosis know what to correct and improve on to fine tune the products!
