What do you like best about Gnosis Freight?

So far, my favorite update from Gnosis Freight has been the addition of FDA and Customs release notifications. I can quickly check my containers’ status instead of waiting for an email from the broker, which has made my workload much easier to manage. IN addition, our truckers are now working with our domestic shipments and putting delivery date without asking them sometimes. Saves a lot time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gnosis Freight?

Sometimes loads a little slow when I am logging in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gnosis Freight solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned, it has helped speed up our Customs/FDA status updates. I’m able to get the status faster compared to the brokers we work with. We also have our truckers updating Gnosis and notifying us of the delivery date to the warehouse, so we don’t have to ask them for delivery dates as often because that information is already in Gnosis. Gnosis reports have also helped us follow up with our suppliers regarding ISF documents. On top of that, we can easily see which forwarder or carrier is in charge of these PO#s (e.g., MSC, Interglobo, Evergreen, Cosco, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
