i dont have anything as of yet that i dont like. most of the features are useful .

1 problem tho, when you refresh your Gmail, all aspects of the assigned to me emails are missing now. we cant review the closed, open, pending etc.

workflow is clean and organized. mapping and reouting is seamless and without errors. I like this because it saves me alot of time setting up across several apps and service that I use.

Really the only thing i haven't liked about the service were easily fixed once i signed in and messed with my settings and preferences. i set it up to my specifications. no complaints here really at all!

I have noticed that you guys are constantly updating and i love opportunities like this to gauge customer usuability and any feedback! the customer facing side is constantly improving. I always think mobile could be better with literally any and all newish apps, but again. that's everyone. Keep up the good work!

I love that you can assign, tag and converse within your team without actually sending emails. I also like the open, pending and closed options. These factors minimize or remove emails that are already dealt with.

Nothing really in particular. Maybe just the lag time when it's syncing in GMAIL.

The communication and allocation of tasks within the team. As mentioned, we can limit the unnecessary exchange of emails within the group by assigning, tagging and leaving notes.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

It turns Gmail into a team collaboration tool with a bunch of additional features such as email templates, tags, internal notes and email assigning. What's more, you can get visibility into other team members' conversations with customers - great for when a team member is on holiday.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

There's really not much to dislike. If anything, it has more to do with the shortfalls of Gmail rather than Gmelius. The tool does create new folders, so that can get some getting used to.

It allows us to utilise Gmail as we benefit from using Google Workspace in our business but also benefiting from advanced collaboration and additional functionality and features that you'd expect from other tools such as Front.

Gmelius is a handy, reliable tool we use at our company. I had never heard of it before working where I work now, and I am so happy to have Gmelius during my everyday work day. It distributes emails and shares important information for all our coworkers to view promptly.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

The least helpful thing about Gmelius is when someone calls out sick and Gmelius still distributes emails to that person. I am sure there is a way to take that person out of the rotation, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Gmelius is assisting everyone in our company in communicating efficiently and effectively. It has given us the tools to be succesful.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

The ability to Assign, Tag and comment on individual emails is extremely helpful to my team. As we are the operational/logistical team within the company, having shared context on incoming client emails is invaluable, as someone is always available to respond when one of us is away from our desks. We are still experimenting with the Kanban boards, but see this as an excellent way to turn emails into task lists for each team member.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

There are several pieces of functionality that are currently lacking from the Gmelius workflow that would greatly benefit our team in using the tool. Firstly, the inability to filter emails based on the tags assigned cripples the usability of those tags, as we are forced to use basic email search. While the visual aspect of the tags in the inbox does help with organization, being able to sort by those tags would greatly increase our efficiency. Also, while the status assignment feature is useful, it would also be helpful to have some type of priority system separate from tags that we could use to further delineate the emails in each status category. It might also be useful to have some sort of task list or task creation feature that exists separately from the boards.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say the greatest benefit our teams is seeing from using Gmelius is organization. Being able to tag the email based on context and assign it to the appropriate team member has greatly increased our team's efficiency.

It's easy to use and allows me to coordinate with my director without direct messages or calling him to organize work or review. It is also fast and lot intuitive.

The graphics aspect is a little boring and too simple for me. I don't find a personalized element and something that allow me to change the task content after I send it.

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

Be careful before sending a task because i don't think there are methods to modify it if there is an error

When I started to work in my new office, I had a lot of difficulties showing my director the work I do, having a review from him, and remaking the work, now it is so easy, I send the job to him when he has free time make me a review, and we don't need to have a reunion for discussing. More time for better jobs!

I enjoy email tracking, and I like the templates.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

I wouldn't say I like the changes made to email tracking. Previously, it would show who opened which email in the email chain, which links they clicked, and when. The changes to the email tracking have made it give fewer details and less information. Not cool.
I am not fond of the changes made to templates. I can not longer cc people on a template I make, although the ones I've made prior to the changes have seemed to stay the way I made them.

Tracking emails to ensure things get done promptly and templates that speed up sending repetitious emails.

The shared inbox and ticketing feature help make communications between clients and our team seamless and without unnecessary steps in between

So far... I only wish the integration with slack was user specific so instead of everyone getting notified in the channel, I would be nice if you linked Gmelius users with slack users and made notifications and tagging linked.

The email templates and commenting features are the best, along with the Kanban and sharing of emails with coworkers. It performs better in comparison to services like Drag.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

You can't move multiple cards at once in the kanban board. Only in the shared inbox does this work. It makes it hard when trying to clear out hundreds of emails after a long weekend. It would be nice to select multiple cards at once that need closed or moved to another board.

Use it to improve your daily tasks or better consolidate your email management.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gmelius solves our email collaboration problems. We no longer have to forward the email several times but can instead write a comment that tags the entire organization. We deal with many recurring emails, so the templates solve that problem by allowing us to send the same email by just adjusting the specific variables.

Sometimes problems with the unread folder correctly syncing for each user, each user have different number and some old emails in there from time to time.

We are using Gemlius a sales team of three people. The application helps us:
- Sending and monitoring of email sequences
- Share the inbox for customer support.
- We also like the seamless integration with Gmail.

A couple of points could make the app perfect for us.
1. We would like to be able to use Gmelius in the Spanish language

2. It would be nice if the extension doesn't try to integrate with every new Gmail account you sign in with. This is inconvenient every time you connect a Gmail account.

We had been using Hiver but were looking for a more affordable option after Hiver raising their rates. Gmelius has proven to have all the options we were accustomed to using in Hiver so we are very happy with the switch!

There is no way to hide notes from other users. If the email is shared amongst the group, everyone will be able to see your notes even if they are not the one tagged on the note.

We are able to share workloads using the shared labels. This helps us handle things as a team and pick up where each other left off.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

We've been using Gmelius for a couple of years now.  Love that it integrates right inside our Gmail suite. I love the notifications when emails are read and also the templates can be used and shared for emails between team members.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

I really can't think of anything right off, it does what it's supposed to do.  For us it is a must-have tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

If you use Gsuite for your emails it is a must-have tool.  It saves us time when responding to emails with the template integration.  We can share our email templates with other team members.  We have been using it since 2017 and have found it to be valuable.  I love the email tracking ability with the live feed in gmail's sidebar. There are several features that I have not tried out as of yet but I have seen Gmelius grow in leaps and bounds since subscribing.  When setting up the dashboard and need assistance, Gmelius we very receptive in responding and helping us get on track.  One of the newer features we are excited about is the campaigns and sequences. We just noticed in beta is the ability to schedule appointments right from your gmail as well. Probably the one thing I would love to see improved is the ability to add contacts to campaigns without uploading a CSV file from the Gmelius dashboard.  We highly recommend this to our colleagues and clients.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

The process to set up automation is easy. It doesn't take much time to learn how to use the software and it's easy to integrate into your Gmail workspace. You can have a sequence of emails set up based on replies/non-replies from customers/prospects. It is a great tool for basic email automation with a few advanced features sprinkled in. The work boards are built directly into your Google Workspace email and give you the ability to manage projects by email chains which is a nice supplement to project management documents. It has a ton of features for working with team members, but this isn't something that I have been able to utilize it for yet. Email automation is fantastic and great for small businesses.

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Once you set up an automated email sequence a lot of it is out of your control. If you schedule the sequence to start at 9 am, every email will be sent at 9 am in that sequence each day that it's scheduled. Pulling the list of opened emails and working through them only gives you the email address of the recipient. It doesn't provide the first name or any of the other variables that you insert to run the sequence in the first place. So you can't run a single automated email campaign and then a second based on open emails unless you do a lot of the leg work behind the scenes or set up pre-scheduled automation. Also, I first used Gmelius in 2019 and now I'm using it again in 2022. Not much has changed at all for email campaign automation, so they're not investing a lot into R&D on those features. A few of the sorting options, for example, sorting opened emails by the number of times opened, only works every other time. I use it in two different browsers, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, and ran into the same issue in both.

It is a great product for small businesses.

I use Gmelius to work through call list. I take the call list that I create and then I run an email campaign through Gmelius. This sorts out the bad emails/employees that are no longer with the company. And then I'm left with a clean list of people with good emails that I know I can call.

It is very easy to use, you can re-label an email in your personal inbox and very easily move it to the shared team inbox - an amazing feature that I haven´t seen in other solutions, it is very easy to review what my other team members have assigned to them

Sometimes it is needed to have the same email assigned to two people so it is visible for both but it is not possible
I want to be able to archive email without pressing ´closed´ because sometimes it is just a useless email and there is no point to close it
Notifications, whenever you are mentioned in a comment, could be definitely better, they are always lost
I would prefer an option of not having Mine within Assigned

Outline what features are important specifically for what you want to achieve, do research and then you will see that Gmelius offers more features than other major providers

Assign emails, teamwork, notes, speed, and colors help to identify who has to follow up on the email, shared inbox, is easy to work with, I am so happy with this tool

Sometimes do not work, not all the members saw the benefits of Gmelius, and not all the organization use it, you should send more tips of how to use it more efficient

Reduce the quantity of emails internal, this is very helpful because receive less emails and we have more follow up with the emails that we have in our inbox, email tracking works with clients to know when they open mails

When I started here we were inundated by spam and were forced to forward emails to groups. Now that we are using gmelius we are able to streamline our inboxes and stay focused on only what is pertinent to the individual.

Getting people who arent technologically savvy to adopt the system can be a challenge. They often don't see the value initially and have to use it consistently to fully adopt it.

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

Seriously consider it as a solution to email overwhelm. If your inbox is perpetually cluttered Gmelius is a great solution. It also is great to track and follow through on outgoing and incoming emails that need follow-up.

Automatic sorting and assigning emails keeps individuals focused on what is important. We no longer have to sort through innumerable emails to find the ones that are pertinent to us.

The collaborative elements are amazing. Seemless sharing between your colleagues and is intuitive enough for everyone at all sectors to understand and embrace fully.

You have to set it and test it extensively before rolling it out to the company at large…

If it's not set up properly it can magnify problems and get very hairy very quickly. Just a warning.

Any incoming emails that we have are auto-shared between the relevant departments for quick action, collaboration, and control for the benefit of customer care. Teamwork has become faster, more fun, and well-organised.

I haven't been a big fan that I have to put all the email templates for my team into one single shared folder, instead of separating into relevant folders and sharing them

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want emails coming from our associates to feel as personal as possible. Sending a template through Gmail achieves that for us, and is almost certain to be delivered, whereas sending them through an email sending service would have us get blocked or filtered out sometimes.

**What do you like best about Gmelius?**

I love how easy it is to use, and the amount of information you can get out of it - such as whether or not your emails are being opened, by whom are they opened, and when it is that this happens! I am enjoying the fact that it has a ton of simple integrations with the tools that we already use, such as Trello & Slack - as this allows us to continue to use the tools that we have grown accustomed to without having so much drag in using new software. It also has a whole lot of automations that we can integrate into our workflow which will help our clients have a better experience when working with us!

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Honestly, I have liked every aspect of the product that I have used so far. I do love that I can easily assign emails and tasks to my team members, thus ensuring that no clients get forgotten or ignored! Maybe the only thing that I can think of is it would be great if Gmelius could provide us some statistics on our usage of Gmail before we began using their program, but that is a very minor thing in the long term.

**Recommendations to others considering Gmelius:**

I would recommend just trying it out at first, and see if it provides value or not. For us, it has provided value basically right away, in helping our staff respond to emails quicker, and to ask questions of other team members when clients have issues that may be outside of their normal scope of expertise.

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem that we had been dealing with was the lack of reporting and statistics that we had on our response rates to our clients. This has reporting metrics that allow us to monitor and improve that over time! Not only does it allow us to see our response times, but also to create automation that will allow us to give a much better user experience to our customers.

I like the ease of being able to assign emails to my staff and having conversations about those emails right in the email.

Getting set up was not as easy as I would have liked. I am having issues getting one of my staff to get the gmail attachment which makes it frustrating.

We no longer have more than one person answering  the same email and can ask questions even if we are not all in the same place to answer quickly and efficiently

I use it mostly for the shared inboxes/workspaces, which save me from forwarding emails and loose details in the process. 
The other main thing I like it for is the email tracking.
Another thing that I like are the templates! the ability to put variables.. amazing
Also,the assigning of emails, help us a lot

Occasionally I use "share drafts"
Maybe create plans where you can add specifically the features you would like.
There's not something in particular that I don''t like, I actually really like gmelius.

We have eliminated the email forwarding, and we can work on the same email, we can comment instead of replying and making the thread longer than it needs to be and confuisng.
With templates including variables we save time sending emails daily

I manage multiple countries in my role and having separate mailboxes for them accessible all in one Gmail page is extremely helpful!

**What do you dislike about Gmelius?**

Sometimes the system glitches/loss in connection that would result in my receiving an email later than some of my other stakeholders

**What problems is Gmelius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me consolidate all mailboxes in one Gmail and juggle between those mailboxes easily in my day-to-day. I also enjoy the assigning feature for bigger teams/mailboxes with more members.
