What do you like best about GLPI?

As a GLPI integrator for many years, we’ve been able to encourage our customers to use GLPI to submit their requests directly through the platform. This greatly simplifies our day-to-day management while giving customers a straightforward, personalised interface. We can easily decide what each customer is allowed to access, and the integrations we’ve built with our other internal tools (ERP, monitoring, etc.) ensure they have all the information they need. What do you dislike about GLPI?

What problems is GLPI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It streamlines our IT service management by centralizing ticket creation and tracking, which has significantly reduced response times and improved issue resolution. The asset management capabilities give us a comprehensive inventory of our hardware and software, helping us keep records up to date and easily track asset lifecycles. Integration with other internal tools, such as ERP and monitoring systems, enhances our operational efficiency and keeps workflows connected. With its user-friendly platform, GLPI also makes it easy for our clients to submit requests and find the information they need, which improves overall client satisfaction and engagement.
