I really like the interface and simplicity of GlobalSuite. I also find the "heat map" very useful, as it allows a third party, without knowing all the details, to identify the risks that need to be addressed. That the CMDB is paid and maintaining the inventory is always a problem. I have an inventory loaded into the system, but if IT creates a new virtual machine and doesn't notify me, I only detect it through other tools like the antivirus.
