The EFT Product helps us to automate functions that would otherwise be typically done manually, saving us time and reducing human error. The GUI interface for Windows has lots of ability to navigate via only the mouse and checkboxes. The built in email alerting helps us know when something does go wrong, so we can address it quickly.
