I love the human relationships I have with the Worldpay team members who support our infrastructure and platforms. Meeting the partners at the Worldpay forum is always great, especially since we have long-term connections that help plan business growth. The software tools are also a big plus for managing merchants daily. The smooth procedures for text to pay integration and handling enrollment were impressive, even if not entirely effortless. Additionally, using Worldpay’s hosted payment infrastructure significantly helps us offload PCI compliance burdens. The initial setup back in 2011 was the easiest e-commerce operation we’ve ever done, largely due to the developer integrations team and the detailed documentation provided. Worldpay has gone through several acquisitions over the years, and that can cause some disruption. It can be a challenge ensuring we're communicating with the right people and that they have the correct access to our information and systems.
