What do you like best about Global PayEX?

Earlier, our finance team at Huhtamaki faced challenges in reconciling payments of 1100+ customers and managing ERP posting manually. A 10-member team was deployed to manage the reconciliation at Huhtamaki as manual reconciliation, deduction mapping, and billing adjustments took us more than two hours per payment.

After implementing AlgoriQ, over 85% of the AR reconciliation and posting is automated, and we have achieved 50% faster reconciliation. The software is intuitive and reliable; our finance teams use it daily for payment processing. What problems is Global PayEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we partnered with Global PayEX, their cash application solution - AlgoriQ transformed our tedious manual processes into a completely automated workflow. It has eliminated a significant amount of the manual effort required by our finance teams. The time taken to reconcile payments was reduced from 15+ days to less than seven days within the first quarter of implementation, significantly reducing unapplied cash. In the last 10 months, the solution has processed over 15,000+ invoices for us, amounting to over 150Mn USD.
