What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

There isn’t much I dislike overall. One small improvement area would be providing more structured summaries or prioritization of findings, especially when a large number of bugs are reported. This would help us act on the results faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Global App Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Global App Testing helps us identify bugs and usability issues across different platforms and devices that we might otherwise miss with internal testing alone. Their thorough coverage, especially on mobile and mobile browser testing, allows us to catch problems early and improve the overall quality of the product before release.
