What do you like best about Global App Testing?

We find the team at Global App Testing, including Abbie Sparks and Alexandru Dochian to be very helpful in helping us to achieve out testing goals. The team is responsive and the results are accurate and detailed. We find the quality of the reports and flexibility to use Test Cases, Exploratory testing or other methods to be very helpful, allowing us to use a streamlined and efficient QA process. What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

The only minor downside with using GAT is that we do not have a direct line of communication to the crowd source testers, which can result slightly slower response when needing follow up on test result or question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Global App Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

GAT is helping is to complete regression testing prior to each release of our mobile app, this helps us to release to the public in a more timely manner with better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
