What do you like best about Global App Testing?

I appreciate how easy it is to read the test results, and I can always count on them being delivered promptly. Any issues encountered along the way are quickly resolved and the communication with the team is very ease. I've particularly worked with Ralph Walendy-Wrigley and Paul Chinta-Muresan and everything went smooth each time.

I use their service at least once a week for regression testing of the entire web app and sometimes for feature testing also.

Their web platform is very easy to use even if you have a lot of test cases that you need covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Global App Testing?

One way this could be improved is by ensuring that the attachments related to identified issues do not expire. This would make it easier to reference them whenever needed.

Also, JIRA integration would also be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Global App Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

I perform weekly regression testing on the entire web application, which I must say is filled with independent functionalities and is quite complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
