I appreciate how easy it is to read the test results, and I can always count on them being delivered promptly. Any issues encountered along the way are quickly resolved and the communication with the team is very ease. I've particularly worked with Ralph Walendy-Wrigley and Paul Chinta-Muresan and everything went smooth each time.

I use their service at least once a week for regression testing of the entire web app and sometimes for feature testing also.

Their web platform is very easy to use even if you have a lot of test cases that you need covered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One way this could be improved is by ensuring that the attachments related to identified issues do not expire. This would make it easier to reference them whenever needed.
