I like Glew because it makes reporting on sales, revenue, orders, or products sold possible, which BigCommerce lacks. I appreciate the ease of implementation and the well-designed user interface, as it makes running reports and seeing data easy, thus making my life easier and allowing me to spend time on other areas of my job.
