To me, it comes across more like a social media platform where former employees gather to be hostile and seek revenge. **What do you dislike about Glassdoor?** As an employer with multiple flags submitted, we were disappointed that Glassdoor’s moderation process did not result in removal of a review we believe contained personal attacks and confidential company information. While we value open feedback, the lack of transparency in escalation or decision-making leaves us questioning the fairness of the process. We hope Glassdoor will provide clearer guidelines and faster resolution paths for reviews alleging defamatory language or privacy breaches. **What problems is Glassdoor solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform brings nothing of value anymore. While it once provided a recruiting service, it now seems to allow personal attacks and misinformation about companies to spread unchecked. Because of this, I consider it the worst place to advertise for talent recruitment. ### 2.
