Best feature - creation of reports and funnels. 'Canned' reports are so easy to implement and most of the critical customer data points are by default captured and we don't to create reports from scratch. Attributes are awesome features and help us identify various customer data points and customer errors etc. Funnel reports are very handy to see customer pain points and drop offs in different stages of checkout process.
