It's easy to use once it's set up. You just have to get the IT dept to install Glance on your computer and then it's a little icon in the lower left hand screen of your computer. Sometimes its hard to schedule Glance with only a few number of licenses for the entire organization. For example, we had one Glance account but multiple people wanted to use Glance at the same time with different people. So we had to create an Outlook calendar that shows the availability of the glance tool so we don't double book it. It's not a big deal but that wasn't made clear to us at the beginning or we didn't understand it. We might be purchasing extra licenses of Glance in the future if other colleagues want to use it at the same time. We currently have 3 licenses for our entire team and it might be useful to have 1 per person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
