A limitation of the system is that some simple tasks, such as deleting a previous case, would be better handled through a user-accessible option rather than requiring contact with the technical team. While this may be more of a project-specific issue, integrating the entire workforce into Glass Pro and introducing a scan-on sign-off option would greatly improve documentation and record-keeping.
