The new view feels a bit more overwhelming than the last one. In the new version of Engage, I’m no longer able to use picture backgrounds for my newsletters. Even though a lot of the features are much more convenient, it still takes a while to adjust and get comfortable with the new layout.

When it comes to organizing events, I also wish the table seating option would let us as admins add guests who haven’t registered yet, and give us a way to register guests while bypassing the rules we’ve set for the user experience. On top of that, I feel the auction experience could be better for both the organizer and the bidder.
