What do you like best about Givebutter?

What I love most about Givebutter is how it brings everything we need for fundraising and donor engagement into one platform. As the Development Director of a nonprofit, I use Givebutter to manage campaigns, events, donations, and donor relationships. The platform is user-friendly, and the ability to create fundraising pages, send emails, track donations, and manage our supporters through the CRM has been a game changer. What do you dislike about Givebutter?

I don't like the fact that I can't separate ticket sales and actual sponsorships on events. For example, we had a fundraising concert and we sold tickets and had multiple sponsorship levels. But the donor only sees tickets and not a button that says tickets and sponsorships. I think this could easily be adjusted and fixed and I hope that one day it will be. What problems is Givebutter solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest challenges in nonprofit development is maintaining consistent communication with donors while managing multiple campaigns and events. Givebutter helps solve this through its automated workflows and triggers. I love being able to create personalized follow-ups for first-time donors, schedule reminders, and automate donor engagement without having to manually manage every interaction. This saves valuable time, strengthens donor relationships, and helps us turn one-time gifts into long-term partnerships.
