I use Givebutter to manage auction creation and management, and it was the best fit for what I needed. The initial setup was very easy. I adore the speedy, thorough replies through the Chat feature. Responses are immediate and always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This is my second review. My first one received a reply from Givebutter, stating that you don't charge bank fees for transfers. I was unable to reply to the reviewer so here is my response, which is a cut and paste from the Givebutter chat: Good question, amy!
Invoice not received:
You can resend it from the item page. Go to the item β click the three dots (β¦) β Resend invoice to send the payment request again.
Payment method & fees:
Credit card: 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
ACH (bank): 1.9% + $0.30 processing fee.
If tipping is enabled, thereβs no platform fee on the invoice payment.

Just to clear up a couple of things, standard payouts to your bank account are free, and you can also send payment requests to auction winners who haven't completed checkout.
