"Simple, High-Quality Tools with Excellent Givebutter Support"

What do you like best about Givebutter?

Givebutter is GREAT: simple to use -- comprehensive, high-quality tools -- excellent customer support through AI (Mr. Butter) and people -- interfaces with other platforms (Wix, POINT) and AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Google) if you want, but not required -- receptive to feedback --> saves time and money while producing high quality materials for us to use in donor relations and in analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Givebutter?

Almost everything we want/need is possible with the free version of Givebutter. Occasionally we run into an obstacle when we're wanting to take things up a notch, but can't do it with the free version -- mostly when using tools for fancy publications or advanced analytics. (I'm looking forward to when we are financially able to upgrade to Givebutter Plus!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Givebutter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using Givebutter has greatly helped with keeping detailed, accurate information on every donation, communication, and donor. Before Givebutter we did not have an efficient way to track everything in one place. This has greatly helped with accuracy and communication within our organization. The bookkeeping setup is excellent, and is so fluid in connecting to the promotion of our fundraisers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
